| Just pre-ordered the collectors edition strategy guide.  Crystal & Collector's editions of the game both unavailable though? (Amazon UK) They have the Collectors Edition at Game but I really want the Crystal...  Edit: Limited Collector's Edition is available now, so I've ordered that.
